On July17th, I had my wedding at Willow Harbor. I cannot even put into words how absolutely perfect it was. To begin, throughout the whole planning process Kristie was so thorough and helpful. Not only was she great about responding to all of my emails and questions, she was so flexible and truly let us make it our day. We visited the vineyard multiple times prior to the wedding and she always made time to talk with us and show us around.
We had our rehearsal dinner there as well on Friday. It was held on the beautiful outdoor patio and inside the charming barn. All of the guests raved about the food and were very excited to return the next day for the wedding.
On the day of the wedding everything from the linens, gorgeous grounds, bar service, Rolls Royce, and food was perfect. The ceremony in front of the gazebo near the pond was picture perfect. Everyone was impressed with the delicious food. Our day went as smooth as it possibly could have and I have to thank Kristie, Kevin and all of their great staff. They were courteous, efficient and so welcoming to all of our friends and family.
The venue was absolutely spectacular and created such a beautiful ambiance for our wedding. I could not have asked for a better place to have my wedding, I would highly recommend Willow Harbor.

My daughter and son in law had chosen Willow Harbor Vineyard for their wedding reception venue. This place is beautifully maintained! We had the reception in the main tent by the barn on 9/10/10. I must say that the owner Kristie and her husband were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, not being from the area they offered guidance and suggestions for many services offered in the area. The bridal cottage was lovely and quaint and perfect for the bridal party girls to prepare for the day. The day of the event was hectic but the staff was so helpful and put our minds at ease. The wait staff were all very pleasant and professional. Mallory did so much in making certain things were exactly as we wanted she was WONDERFUL! The owners brought out propane heaters-very nice large ones for the evening which made it very comfortable in the tent. The bathrooms were very clean and accessible with a ramp. This vineyard setting was absolutely lovely almost like a fairy tale wedding story! The food was delicious, we heard NOTHING but positive comments from guests . If there is one thing I would suggest it would be to put better lighting in the parking area as it was quite dark out there as people were leaving maybe some low voltage ones not a bright streetlight kind. I would definitely recommend this place without any reservations, if you want someplace different this is PERFECT!

Kevin and Kristie were absolutely amazing and super accommodating to us and any detail we asked for. They were supportive, fun, enthusiastic, and prompt with responses. With them, it felt like they were planning a wedding for a family member.
The amazing setting....many of our guests gushed at how they felt transported to Napa Valley, which was wonderful to hear. We loved the various settings that our guests migrated to - a walk in the vineyards, sitting by the pond, cooling off in the air-conditioned barn, or relaxing at the new cigar bar.
Kristie was so accommodating on varying the menu. We had very specific menu requests, including some food that we would supply ourselves, and she was soooo cool with that and allowing us to customize our menu to how we wanted. The dish ware and table settings were beautiful and classy.
We loved Kevin. He tended bar and took very good care of myself, the groom, and our head table and parents. He was a lot of fun, relaxed, and joked around with our guests. We thought that supplying our own liquor helped us to save a ton of money.
The location and atmosphere was very upscale and we continue to receive numerous compliments.

I was the best man at a wedding here back in July. I had literally zero complaints about the venue, setup, service or decor. Everything literally went off without a hitch. The staff was friendly and more than accommodating... and while I wasn’t directly involved in planning the wedding, I hear they are more than helpful in this department as well. The barn is rustic and beautiful, the fountain seating area gives a great view of the property, and the tent is spacious. I must say, this is the best wedding I have ever attended. The rehearsal dinner was held here as well, and I have the same comments about that.
If you are looking to hold your wedding at a vineyard in the Three Oaks / New Buffalo area definitely give this place a look see. You wont regret it!!!

My daughter recently had her wedding reception at Willow Harbor and it truly surpassed all my expectation’s! We were also lucky enough to have had her rehearsal dinner there the night before the wedding and could not have been more pleased to have chosen to do so. The grounds and landscaping were amazing thru out (and such a unique place to have a ceremony/reception), the food was delicious both nights (as we received so many compliments), and the owners/managers of the vineyard, Kevin and Kristie, were there to keep both events running smoothly. Their attention to details, yet open and laid back attitude, along with their wonderful professionalism made the entire wedding planning experience easy and enjoyable. All who attended the wedding could not stop marveling over the events that weekend. I have 3 other daughters and would have no qualms about them choosing to get married at Willow Harbor!

I have recently had my wedding at Willow Harbor Vineyards and I'm still hearing from all my friends and family that it was the most beautiful wedding that they've been to. From the first day that I met with the owners, everything went as smoothly as planned. As a first time bride, I had multiple questions about EVERYTHING and they were always helpful in answering them or if they couldn't, they found someone that could. When I called she was never in a hurry to get me off the phone and if she didn't answer, she returned my phone call the same day!
I did my wedding and reception at Willow Harbor Vineyards and both were extremely beautiful!! If I had an issue about landscape or decor, I just called them up and they fixed the problem immediately! The owners were so flexible with my ideas and decorations as well I could pretty much do whatever I wanted!!!
I highly recommend having a wedding and reception at Willow Harbor Vineyards in Three Oaks, Michigan! I promise it'll be a unforgettable experience.

We had a birthday party of 100 guests at the vineyard on August 1, 2010.
The grounds, the tent, barn and gazebo were gorgeous, especially at night when the lights came up. Although it was located just outside of town, you had the feeling of being in California wine country.
We had horses brought in, rented from a nearby farm, for children's rides. Games were set up on the extensive grounds, a DJ in the tent, and separate music on the Italian style patio for the adults.
It turned out to be a fantastic, memorable party and a place I'd use again in a New York minute!

I had my wedding and reception at Willow Harbor on August 23rd. Although we had a couple of minor communication issues early on everything was easily resolved and we moved forward.
The grounds are beautiful and everyone was impressed. The Italian stone gazebo that brides can marry under is gorgeous. The ponds with the vineyards and willow trees behind it are stunning. The tent is clean, large, and beautiful. Although we didn't need to use them, the owners do have air conditioners and fans available for use. We had them cater the event and the food was amazing! Everyone is still raving about the food.
Without flying out to Napa this is as close as you can get. This was the perfect setting for our amazing wedding/reception and I am glad we didn't go elsewhere. I would host an event there again without hesitation. It was an unforgettable experience!

My husband and I were married there last September, and we don't have anything close to a complaint to report. The vineyard is gorgeous. The white tent to host your reception is accommodating and roomy. The fountains and gazebo are fantastic. The grapes provide great ambiance, as do the little white lights after sunset.
The owners are two of the most wonderful, patient, generous people we've ever met. Kristie and Kevin are friendly and creative--just the people you need during a high-pressure situation like planning a wedding, no matter the size.
Our wedding day weather was far from perfect. We got the rainy backlash of a tropical storm and a hurricane. The vineyard was still beautiful, and the barn made a rustic yet cozy setting for our ceremony. If Kevin and Kristie can help us have a wonderful wedding under those circumstances, they can help you. It was a pleasure to work with such personable professionals. We couldn't have gotten through the day with smiles on our faces without their dedication

Just wanted to send you a quick message to thank you for a great time at Willow Harbor on Saturday! Ryan and I had a great time hanging out with Kevin and experiencing a wedding in full swing. It's a great idea for a tasting and we're so glad we got the opportunity to check it out. The food is fabulous.

The tent was beautiful, the food was amazing, and you were very patient and accommodating throughout the whole process.
