A wedding or event at Willow Harbor Vineyards & Polo Club is unique and memorable. Our Vineyards and Polo grounds allow you the opportunity to plan a celebration suited to your needs. Whether you prefer an intimate sit-down dinner in the Polo Club Barn or an elegant wedding in our 40 foot by 100 foot outdoor tent, Willow Harbor can accommodate your specific requests . Please call our Event Coordinator to discuss your plans and to set up a private tour of our full service facilities.

Reservations and Deposits
After meeting in person, we will tentatively hold an event date without deposit for up to 7 days. Deposits are required on all private functions and are nonrefundable, unless we are able to rebook that specific date. No reservation is final until a deposit is received. A minimum deposit of $2,000.00 is required. The balance of your amount due is required 30 days prior to event. (2010 is 75% booked, dates are filling up fast).

2011 dates are 25% booked.

Decorations and Rehearsals
Willow Harbor allows you to decorate inside and out with our permission with whatever you prefer for your special day. Rehearsals may be scheduled for the evening before your wedding if there are no other events reserved for that day.

Alcohol Service
In compliance with state and federal laws, Willow Harbor Vineyards & polo Club does not allow the service of alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age. A valid local driver’s license is required proof of age. Should it be brought to the attention that anyone under the age of 21, or without proper identification, has been given or served, or has attempted to acquire alcohol on the premises, that person and any other persons involved will be asked to leave. Willow Harbor Vineyards & Polo Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone. The serving of alcohol will end a half hour prior to the ending of the event. There is to be no alcoholic beverages on the dance floor at any time. Only Willow Harbor Wine can be used at Willow Harbor Vineyards.

Restrictions
Because of our special permit restrictions on private functions, we encourage you to secure a date as soon as possible.
